Life's Measure

"The measure of our self is not about what has been accomplished ... it is about the experience of what has been lived."

This simple little phrase packs a wallop for me (all goose-bumpels) as it sums the entirety of my life. As a woman in her mid-60's, I look back on life with a great deal of clarity able to connect the dots of every event and realize there has been no situation, from life-changing to the seemingly trifle or insignificant, that did not have a profound impact on unfolding who I am.

I use the word unfolding instead of shaping as we all come into this existence, this reality, whole and complete with infinite potential. The experience of Being Human is the discovery of who we really are, our power and the boundless ability to create our reality within this remarkably limited and sensuous form overflowing with an organic intellect. Every experience unfolds the beautiful pure truth of our essence.

Through this blog I hope to share my experiences in re-discovering who I am, my truth and my power to create and shape this earth-expressed reality.

My truth is no different or separate from yours. We all come into this earth plane fully-loaded and ready to play in the unfolding as each life experience, in all its extremes, guides us to explore this playground and re-discover ourSelf in a Human form.
